A Stable Careers Programme

The Start Framework provides a delivery plan for using Start with students across all year groups, with learning outcomes mapped against the CDI framework and Gatsby benchmarks.

Students, staff, parents and carers can all access the platform, including insights into activity in priority groups (eg Pupil Premium).

Students can feedback on the offline activities and events they take part in, helping schools to evaluate their careers programme.  Start is built to work across platforms including desktop, tablet and mobile to promote access.

Addressing the needs of each pupil

Students use their StartProfile to record evidence of their career development in one place - it grows with the student, being added to and reviewed throughout their academic journey.
